Ok, now its time for pictures. Here is the picture from the photo shoot from hell that I described in my last post. You will notice that Brandon doesn't exactly look happy, yet Colin was all smiles - and that was after I let him fall off the bench twice! :)

The next picture was taken last week. Brandon had just finished up a bottle (which is the only time we ever strap them in their rocker chairs these days) and Colin had been smacking Brandon in the face while B just giggled:

The boys are not quite walking yet but they will walk all along the couch and cabinets, basically anywhere that they can hang on to something for some balance. But here in the last week or so both have been taking their hands off of what they are holding and just standing there testing their balance, before they drop to the floor. I suspect it won't be long before they are walking. Which is scary, because a lot of times we can't even keep up with them speed crawling. This morning Bill and I were talking over breakfast when it dawned on me that the boys had been very quiet for far too long. Rather than enjoy the peace and quiet we knew it was time to go through the house quickly looking for them. We entered our bedroom slowly, but didn't see them. We peeked just past our bed, where they like to pull stuff out of our trash can, but they weren't there either. Then we looked in our bathroom and found the scene of the crime:

Colin had nearly clogged our toilet with toilet paper while Brandon was content to tear it in little tiny pieces and stick it in his mouth. Oy! We had actually shut our bedroom door prior to this, but our cat Chester (aka Little Bastard) had opened it which allowed access to our little stinkers. I often times laugh at all of the baby proofing gadgets out there to make a home safe for little babies. Besides some cabinet locks and a few other things it seems to be overkill in my opinion. Yet today we actually bought a toilet lock after finding Colin with his hands all down in our toilet, LOL. All joking aside it did kind of scare me initially because it is possible for babies to drown or hurt themselves in a toilet. Once we realized the boys were safe we quickly grabbed the camera and then had a huge laugh :) Oh, and yes, that is a bouncy seat in our bathroom. Sometimes we'll strap a baby in the bouncer to take a quick shower, and sometimes we just really gotta go and take a baby to the potty with us :-p
